If you have an even number of gain stages then the output is non-inverting. An odd number of stages will invert the signal. What is needed is one more reversal. Try swapping the speaker leads on BOTH loudspeakers to reverse the phase. Take the postive (red) connection and move it to the negative (black) connection and vice versa. If you are strictly a vinyl user you can reverse the leads on your cartridge to accomplish the same thing.
