I will add my opinion to the rest, in that you have no idea how much better it can get. Sell the PAS to fund the project. Get a second 060 and a pair of big chokes and go monoblock and choke input, on a proper sized chassis.The front end will be the next to go, so the 7199's will also get sold to fund the Iron diet. If you do it with a second St.70, the spare pair of outputs will also go to fund the Iron mongers.
PP grid chokes, and individual bias would be a good place to start, even before doing any of the other more extensive mods...270k is WAY too big a grid resistor for the EL34 in my experience.
Get a Bottlehead ForePlay manual and build it with DC filaments, proper Iron and 12SN7's for a parts bill of <$180 ( I think the VTV 6SN7 linestage is a very similar beastie, look at this one too ).
If you are pleased now, I can hardly wait to see what you post about when you have done some real improvement.
