Jolida JD102B and Klipsch Fortes - Good Matchup???

I've got a few hundred spare bucks and have been thinking about getting a tube unit for my Klipsch Forte (98db sensitivity) speakers. I was wondering if this Jolida amp would be a good place to start - any opinions would be appreciated - thanks - (the tube novice)
