What i should write then the sovtek 2a3 sounds like a 300B amps (mainly SET) with improper design. I heard KR, TJ,SOvtek and EH tend to sound like the above.By the way i am a fan of properly built and design 300b amps. But generally 70-80percent of the comercial offerings sound like that. Mine however is a diy so the design was done by myself. Note this was a Se design I would agreee that PP will be a different beast by itself
