I have just owned Cayin TA-30. Beautiful Robust amp. But I find that on putting on the amplifier the glow in two front tubes(middle ones)of Preamp is very very less. sometimes it seems that there is no glow. The amp is working fine. Could there be some problem?Is it a fact that if any tube has gone faulty the amplifier will stop working?
Further I was told that if someone buys a new set with factory settings then the bais of all four EL34 tubes is matched , future baising requirement every 8 months( as told in another posts) can be dispensed with without affecting the sound quality , ofcourse the life of the tubes will be lessened by few hrs?
How is the experience of other tube users in this regard
