Thank you very much for the detailed response.I brought all the tubes from Upscale Audio – I paid, but it was worth it for the piece of mind – definitely got a noticeable improvement.
As for the EL34 they are branded National but Kevin assured me that they where Siemens.
I still have some basic upgrades to finish off such as external DAC, Bi-Wire Speaker Cable and new speaker stands. After that I might experiment again with some different E83CC & E82CC
