Actually some TV7's had a funny looking grounded plug made of steel, but I don't know where you would find one of these. Might try Fair Radio Company for something military like that. Don't put a 2-wire plug on your tester and make it less safe. The metal case makes the thing more of a shock hazard. Plus--TV7s are very crowded inside and it's easy for a short from the AC line to the case to happen.
