The KT66 GEC is perhaps the best beam power tube to my ear. I don't know, why a Sartv one should be better. Perhaps more tuby, mellow sound. The GEC one offers a lot of details. And more dynamics than a KT88.
I would try the amps without consulting a technican. Try only one and look to the tubes, if they should glowing up, turn them out. The risk is only 5%. Is too much hum out of the speakers, turn the amp of.
