I'm afraid it's not a case of whether you think so or not since these tube codes were set by those companies who produced them decade ago. You can't think them up -- but if you don't know, you can check them up at:http://www.triodeel.com/images/philipstubecodes.pdf
"YK" is the Philips group of companies' internal code for ECC81, and the "B" means the second version. It's in a way similar to Mullard's ECC83 where "mC1" stands for their first version of ECC83, and "mC2" the second version, and so on.
"D" in this case, for sure, stands Valvo's factory in Hamburg.
