I prefer a stock Sherwood 5000 to Fisher 500. I read (never heared) a Fisher 400 has a slight performance edge over the Fisher 500. I do not believe the stock Sherwood items are better than your modified Fisher with AuriCaps, etc., however stock to stock comparison, I'll take the 5000.My 2 cents.
