My Avantgarde Duos do it all. With 3W @ 102db/w/m I expect all the volume I need. With the Demo 300B, I couldn't come close to max volume. With the powered woofers, bass is a non-issue. I can play Shirly Horn one moment then Bela Fleck at room shaking (literally, even the glass in my hand was vibrating) volumes. Plus they are soooooo coooool looking. Unfortunately, very expensive unless you find a used pair (which I did).Scott W
