Do you know the swings in impedance for the GPs across the frequency range. Looks like the Joseph's go down to 6 Ohms at a minimum - not great but not too bad.You need to decide whether what you want is SETs or the GPs. If it is a SET amp, there are way better speaker choices than either of these. Start at the link below.
If it's the GPs, I would look for a reasonably powered PP tube amp that can be operated in triode mode (e.g. Air Tight). Make sure it has an adequate PS.
