I am not a big fan of tube amps in general, but i will say that the Atma's that i listened to at Hi-Fi 99 driving the CAR speakers sounded DAMN good. Bass response was very good overall, especially considering that the speakers were ported. Bass extension was also obvious when the host put on a record with a large warp in it. The woofers were throwing like mad with all of the subsonic energy that the Atma amps were reproducing.Something definetly smells rotten in Denmark. Sean
