And I still have it - used occasionally for special solo listening sessions - it sounds wonderful for small scale, intimate music.
No, it does not do loud rock, pop and large classical music well at all.
I haven't seen any other comments here on the ASUSA push-pull amps, but follow the threads here on the tube forum over time, and you might get some ideas.
Are you building the big Ariels or the small ones?
