The Phillips tube isn't very good. I prefer either sylvania or RCA pre-1970. If you want something a little leaner, you can try a GE. CBS 5692's (1961)aren't bad. you'll have to play around and see what works in your syste,.
I found the Valve Art tube to be a bit too midrangey in my system, and prefered the JJ/tesla, which is a bit more analytical tho.
