The EL509 and EL519 are very close (close enough to be called equivalent) but the current draw is slightly different. Use all of either type, but not a mix of both at once - you'll also get a bit less power out of the EL519s. In the 80W T8s this probably isn't so bad, but in the 25W version the output would probably drop to 15-20W, which may be too low for your application.
