I'm fairly certain that this Ei Smooth Plate must be the very tube (early 80's) that I mentioned in my previous post. The only Ei 12AX7's I can find are the new "flat plate" versions in current production. I cannot seem to find these listed anywhere on the internet, have these dried up too??? Do you know a good source to pick up a couple of matched pair???
