You can draw up to 175ma from one tube. If you are biasing your amp to run 6L6 tubes at 70ma each you would be fine with only one 5V4. The problem is that if you are looking for Plate B+ Voltage over 350 volts, your 5V4 will last only a few seconds before the fireworks start. This is the case if you use 1, 2, or 10 5V4s wired together. To get the high B+ you need a tube rated for that service, like a 5AR4.
