I noticed that I have Stromberg-Carlson 6U8 and 6VA6 tubes running in my SC amp. Does anyone know if Stromberg-Carlson actually made these or are they relabeled? I would assume they are original to my amp so they have to be around 40 years old now. I think it might be time to do some tube rolling and see if they are wearing out. I have noticed the bass sounding unnatural and the music itself sounding a bit thin.
