PCB's are only in oil capacitiors, not in electrolytics,
or regular wax/paper or plastic ones.Generally you are going to see oil capacitors in
commercial & ham radio transmitters, industrial motors &
electronics, and some homebrew gear. There aren't
any IIRC in old Brooks, and your typical table radio
won't have any, either.
