Finish the speakers, keep the Decware for now, and get started on vinyl (including a tube phono preamp such as the Bottlehead Seduction.) More bang for your buck than a new amp.Look at room acoustics and cables too.
1.8 wpc should be enough on single-driver Fostex unless you have a very large room.
