I am certain that there are Asylum members, who are familliar with the C.J. brand. Just may be an unreliable brand. Don't know.
Most of us run components that are three to four decades old, and, knock on wood, do not have your problems.
Yes, you do have to be a tinkerer, to own this stuff. You do have to be handy with a digital multi-meter. But, other than an occasional dusting, most components can go for years, without problems.
Tube audio is wonderful. Hang in there. We are here to help.
