Don't get your hopes up but...

alot of tubes cook out fine sometimes in 10-30 min.

If they run ok with the bias turned down you can cook them in the amp for a few hours and retest.

If you use your tester to cook the tubes, use the tester you don't like, especialy if you plan on increasing the filliment voltage when cooking. I've used my spare tester for this before, but limit the time to 30min. then give it a rest to cool off.

I would try about 120% filament voltage (just turn up the line adjust) for 10 min then normal for 30 min then retest. If you raise the heater voltage to high you might make them worse; I sould know I've roasted some. I never felt to bad about as they did work to start off :)
