I realize that your current financial situation has you in distress, but am curious as to why you simply didn't get a hold of the people holding the auctions that you defaulted on to discuss your concerns in private, rather than, as Bob said, airing your "dirty laundry" on a public forum? Are you looking for sympathy for some of your poor choices? Would you have accepted "unsolicited" advice from AA members on this site if their responses were printed in public rather than emailed to you directly? Why not just post something like "If anyone here has had bad experience dealing with me recently, please email me in private to discuss" instead? Just curious.
