I have a few different pairs of this tube, and slight variances too.
Telefunken smooth-plates are by far the best sounding in my amp (Audio Note Kit 4) and I would like to swap for an additional pair or two, if any of you are game.
I have available: 2 Tesla 12AX7/ECC83
2 Svetlana 12AX7's
2 Sovtek 12AX7's
2 Sylvania JAN 5751's
3 Sylvania 7058's
The 5751 are military spec'd , I believe, and the 7058 is supposed to be for mobile uses. None of these has more than a few hours on them except the Sovteks, which were original equipment with my amp and were used for about 2 years, 3 hours a week.
