there is no special regulation to import tubes. All you have to do is pay the customs tariff. For electronic equipment it's 4.9% but I don't know exactly how much it is for a part such a tube. You can import it as a individual if you don't have your company. Call your nearest customs broker and ask for tariff #.
BTW, I was once in the factory and they are specialized in high frequency transmitter high output tubes , The KT88 is the only one kind of audio tube they make. Tesla and KRenterprises are two different manufacturers. Tesla has nothing to do with KR. Tesla in the Czech Republic was always famous for a high quality audio tubes. As far as I remember, Tesla split into many divisions, one of the division was making special capacitors for Japanese customers.
They are famous for very clean environment and high quality raw meterial.
