I'm wondering myself if this was a pre-existing problem. Of course, he states that he NEVER had this problem with the unit, and until I hear from Rogue themselves, I'll defer judgment (I have sent them an email and am eagerly awaiting their response). Hopefully this will all sort itself out and it will be something easy to fix...
