I've owned an Air Tight ATM-2 for almost 2 years now, and I must say that I am very, very, happy with the amplifier's sound. I bought mine from Lee at Sound Images, and I can recommend him as an excellent dealer. He's always treated me very well, and gone way above what I would consider standard practice to make sure I was happy. If you'd like any particulars on the ATM-2, the ATM-4, or Lee's shop, please ask away. I haven't heard the ATM-3 monoblocks as of yet, but I know a guy that owns a pair and frequents Lee's shop. I'm sure that Lee could put you in touch with him if asked.If you do audition the ATM-2, be sure to try dropping the bias to three dots below the bubble on the bias meter. This is where I run my amp, and the sound is absolutely magical!
I ended up moving away from Massachusetts about a year ago so I no longer frequent Lee's shop. In fact, Lee's shop is one of the things I miss most about Massachusetts. He has some great gear and he is a great guy. If you stop by, let him know that Brian Rapoza says hello.
