To that does not sound like an amplifier intended for music listening, I suggest you send it back claiming it is a defect by design and not up to lowest "average" standards of typical product.
[Expect full refound plus expences directlly connected to the amps lack of proper design. But I'm not sure of laws applicable.]
(If the hum annoys you, and you don't wanna redesign the power supply yourself.)
