Try jim@vacuumtubesinc.com I spoke with him yesterday and he has what he says is the most transparent 12ax7 NOS he has heard they are Telefunken wants $75 each though. I`m not sure if I will order saome or not. He will take back if you`re not happy, I`ve ordered from him several times and like dealing with him. Bob Meyer his phone #513 385 3855 Note: I seem to find you usually get what you pay for in tubes, not many free lunches out their anymore, and NOS tubes I`m sure will skyrocket in future as they are used up.
