Speaker Asylum

General speaker questions for audio and home theater.

I might be able to pick up some used Energy C6 speakers for around 400.. and I have been trying to research them, but there isn't a whole lot about them. This surprises me since they seem to be good from the specs I've found, and they are not that old.
Anyway, Have people here used them? Anyone still use them?
My only use for them would be music, and I have found some people saying these speakers are great for HT, but what about music?
I was going to upgrade my sub for about this much money, but I am thinking I can get a better improvement in my sound system with these speakers instead.
Also, I will probably haggle down from 400 since I quite frankly can't spend 400 dollars right now.. so perhaps these become more worthwhile at a lower cost?
