How is my room?

General speaker questions for audio and home theater.

As some of you may know, I'm building my first complete system. It will consist of Creek 4330SE, Sony 555ES SACD, & GR Research A/V1 (hope it sounds good).
I finally decided on a new apartment (moving in soon). Please take a look at the link below and let me know if you forsee any major problems with the floorplan as is. Will I need a bass trap or plant in the corner behind the right speaker? Do I need to rearrange?
