What, if any, modern amplification is suggested to drive these speakers and does anybody have any advice on positioning and use of plinths? Additionally, the pair I have acquired have a slightly pushed in dust cap on the mid-range unit. It's probably creased by now (could have been there for many years), but how do I get it to pop back out? The old vacuum trick doesn't work!
