I'm excited to see someone else wants to build these speakers. I wish you had several other monitors to do a side by side with like I did. You will be amazed at the smoothness and extended range the 10" woofer offers. I can't tell were the woofer ends and the tweeter begins. The cabinet is simple and the rest is just screwing in the drivers. The crossover is also VERY simple. If you want I can mail you a drawing of the L-pad crossover. I've been listening to music for weeks now and my wife hates it :-))
