Heard the Totem Mite and absolutely loved it for music listening. It has an interesting presentation, and almost makes things sound "brassy". I know that's not a word you normally hear in the audio world, but I don't know how to describe it. Is this a coloration of the speaker, or the Arcam equipment and Monster cables they were using? Would they be easily powered, and still have the same 'sound' with the Onkyo I'm using? I don't know how they would stand up to home theater/ regular tv/hockey game watching, but loved them for music. And they're so small!! Problem was, my dealer wouldn't budge from retail, tax in. What do these street for in Canadian funds?I notice the Arro actually gets better reviews, didn't hear that one though, what would one get by jumping up to the Arro's? I did listen to the Rokk's as well when I was there, and in my opinion, they didn't add anything to the Mite that a sub wouldn't cure up.
Any "cheaper" options than the Mite in Canada?
Also, has anyone heard of "Unisound" one dealer in town is trying to push these on me. I notice there's nothing
