In my opinion, the M3Si speakers were the best of the series that Mirage made; I liked them considerably more than the M1. I could not predict if you would like them better than your Maggies - too many other variables. However, I think the M3s still command a fairly high resale value so there should be little danger in recovering the cost of replacing those drivers should you decide to sell them.
