Since the Guarneri has rather VERY TALL stands, how far *below* the midwoofer is ideal listening axis given the ideal speaker-to-listener distance... I'm actually wondering if slightly higher-than-normal listening seat is preferrable to the common low soft couch. When I auditioned them in the showroom here, the seat was a rather high sofa. Would the angle of tweeters to the ear matter so much with the Guarneri, so as not to mess up treble response?I should have mentioned that I was talking about somewhere below the midwoofer, coz taken by itself my question really sounded silly even to me. That dreaded *nt* thing, I should try to avoid it.
