Your insinuation that I am basing my observation on price differential reflects a lack of character on your part. I have owned a pair of Proac 1SC's for one year and have extensive listening experience with the Spendors. I have nothing bad to say about either speaker, simply that the Proacs (need I insert a IMHO here?) are preferable in many respects. Now, quit being defensive about a speaker company you do not represent.
