I have a pair of Audioengine's P4 desktop speakers (passive) and they are a great buy for the money. I use them with their N22 amp (older version) and an RPi3/Hifiberry HAT. I also have their B2 speaker (single unit with amp/bluetooth) that I use with a WiiM Mini as an office system.
Good stuff for the money with lots of options.
