Maybe I am missing something but I don't see a HP for the mid-driver.
Also labeling the input + and - input jacks as "input" and "output" is misleading and is just wrong. They are both inputs and the + and - designation is arbitrary; it just provides a means of matching the polarity of the drivers (and speakers).
As an aside, IMO, a lot of confusion could have been avoided if the convention would have been to designated the input leads for AC circuits as A and B rather + and -. After 100 yrs or so, it's no use complaining :).
