Thanks so much for your help, Jonesy! That picture was truly worth a thousand words :-) The gril ring just pops off with a flathead screwdriver and the grill foam pulls out. Then to replace, you just use a flathead screwdriver to push the edge of the foam back into a groove Roy created around the driver and then pop the ring back on. This also enabled me to install Bybee Quantum clarifiers on the back/magnet of the midrange drivers (wow; these things are no joke!), so it was a very successful endeavor. The Eos HDs were amazing to start with, but with the Bybees, these things are almost spooky they are so lifelike.
