I have never been a fan of the look.Always reminds me of a trash can, or some kind of malevolent alien straight out of Dr Who & this might be the king Dalek. I am also not a fan of the house sound the handful of times I have heard examples from Wilson Audio.
But as audio is a subjective experience, and they seem to do pretty well, and are popular with reviewers as well as newly minted audiophiles, so while I wouldn't put them on the short list, clearly enough people do to keep them doing well. More power to 'em.
