Have you tried the Logan's with a different amp? Perhaps...

.....it is the amp that is bad and the speakers are fine. Were you changing interconnects with the amp on? Not a good idea, if so.

If they sound muffled with a different amp, a call to ML is in order to see if they are repairable.

You might also try putting the speakers next to one another and just play one, and then just play the other, while using a mono recording to see if they sound the same or if one is damaged.
