Many speaker cabinets are not screwed together but glued together. Access to the interior may be via a screw or machine bolt removable front baffle. However even that is not always the case and removal of the drive units from the front provides the only access to the inside.

NB : offhand I cannot think of any commerically made speaker cabinet with removable sides.
