I have only had well dealings with Bobby over the years.
Met a him few times at audio shows and spoke many times on the phone.
Bought TSM's and VSM's from him - both received in a timely fashion.
I had an issue with a pushed in woofer cap from my 2 year old sons finger one time.
He assured me it wouldn't effect the sound, but I wanted it fixed anyway.
I sent them in, he matched the woffers and sent them back.
He was very passionate and would love to talk about audio.
I will miss him - I'm not sure what kind of problems he might have been facing recently, but death is perminant- I suppose he couldn't face the fact that his "baby" (Merlin) may have been going bankrupt and couldn't bare not doing what he loved anymore and letting everyone down....
