If that is the unit, with its FS in the 300 hz range and fairly high power handling, should be able to do 600hz unmodified.
Although adding a chamber may lower the FS to a degree, the power handling will drop sharply.
But either way, you drop overall level to the 600hz range, either you will need bass driver overlap to say 800hz in the xover or a contour filter to drop the 1000 to 2000 range down to meet the 600hz level.
