FREE TIME! I'm using charge-coupled crossovers and have been for some time. When you use all polys, a 40uF gets pretty freggin' big when it's charge-coupled- 16 10uF caps in series-parallel!
Bass is supposed to sound big. 6.5" is not a woofer size.
