If they are in fair or better cosmetic condition and still with original drivers in good operating condition, they are easily worth 30 or 40 times what you paid.
I've got a pair of the more recent (but not newest) SP1/2Es and absolutely love them.
However, they are not to everyone's taste. They are not loud rock speakers and don't have much deep bass on their own. The listeners who prize them most are those who place a neutral midrange reproduction of fully acoustic music as top priority. In that sense, they are a bit out of sync with many of the more modern trends in popular loudspeakers. However, they still have a devoted following.
