I think that the tonal ballance of the CDMNT range will be much the same as the older CDM range, and the CDN7NT is a better speaker than the CDM7SE, well worth the extra $300. Although the tonal ballance will be the same, the new CDMNT speaker will be more focused with a clearer image, detail etc.
