I think you have out of phase tweeter or midrange. Or it is possyble that technician didn't connect tweeter to the crossover where it should be. But I believe they are not in phase. Do this test. ( I assume your speakers are either made as left and right, or they are the same) I mean, position of the drivers is in the middle on the top of one another.
Put speakers close together to touch one another. Now play some music, and put your nose in the middle of them. Move your head up and down from tweeters to the bass. If you see that one driver is just louder, it's a problem with the tweeter or it is connected to wrong place in the crossover.
If sound, kinda moving around your ears, and sometimes one side is louder sometimes other depending wher your head is, (while you move the head up down) they are out of phase.
